Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports

Combining our experience in design, installation & testing we never stray from our focus of compliance with everything we do. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind that your people and property are safe.

Sentry Fire will ensure your essential safety measures are being maintained to the required standards specified in the Building Regulations by conducting an independent audit and providing you with an Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR).

The independent AESMR means we eliminate any opportunity for bias and ensure that all ESM providers maintaining your property are conducting the mandated inspection and testing you are paying for.

Even if Sentry Fire is not your current ESM provider we can still carry out an independent inspection and report to help ensure testing is being done correctly.
